Dear Applicants, We would like to communicate with you about the developments that the European Youth Department and STF have been going through in the past few months. We live in a very exciting time in the providence and part of our responsibility is to align ourselves with the direction our True Parents and True Family are moving in. As you know, in the past year Hyung Jin Nim has been asked by our True Parents to take responsibility over the movement worldwide. Through his leadership our movement has already taken enormous steps towards clarity, transparency, and professionalism, thus giving everyone a new sense of confidence and trust in the organizations. As STF Europe we also desire to follow in these footsteps. Just a few months ago, Geros Kunkel was appointed by Pres. Song (continental director of FFWP for Europe) to be the new European Youth Department Director. In these months the STF Europe staff has been working with Geros to help STF develop to even greater levels of professionalism. So as of the new STF year 2009-2010 the following developments will be implemented into STF Europe: - STF Europe will become a 1 year program, which strives to provide a balance of both Fundraising and Witnessing Education
- STF Europe will be a part of a greater 2 year commitment to public mission by the members, in which the first year will be the STF program, and the 2nd year will be more oriented toward practical work/mission experience (SET, internships, etc

Dear Applicant, Due to a limited amount of possible participants in the STF year 2009-2011,
we would like to announce the deadline for the non-European applicants to be on April 30th 2009. Within 2 weeks after we will be able to tell you whether or not there is space, so you will still have some time to look for alternative programs or activities for this year. Dear Families and Friends, We would like to inform you that as of today 13th of August 2008, we will not accept any more applications for the STF Europe Program due to the fact that we have reached our limit for new participants this year. We would like to thank all of those who have already applied and look forward to seeing you for the upcoming Try-outs, Settlement Age Workshop and Kick-off Workshop. For those that missed the STF Europe application deadline but would like to dedicate some time for Public Activities please contact our office for other opportunities to do so in the coming year.
